John Bray is a new author who has brought to life his long-held vision with his debut historical fiction novel, What If. This story, conceived over 40 years ago, has been a constant companion throughout his life. John graduated from the University of Akron and has a diverse professional background, starting his career in the restaurant industry where he developed training programs for franchisees and managers, and enjoyed a successful career as a salesman during the exciting early days of voicemail and fax technology, playing a key role in the adoption and growth of these groundbreaking innovations. Later making his mark in the Legal field as a Paralegal, a career which he still enjoys today.
Living in Akron, Ohio, John shares his life with his supportive wife, Mary Hatcher-Bray, who inspired him to finally write his book. They volunteer at their church, dedicating their lives to supporting others in prayer and through acts of service where time permits. John is also the proud father of two adult children, Stephen and Lauren.
